Saving power we called "Energy-saving cold screen", or "Common Cathode cold screen",
it is separate supply power to red led and blue/green led, as red led working voltage within
1.8-2.8V, blue and green led working voltage within 2.8 to 3.8V. That is,accurate distribution of voltage current
to red, green and blue leds, current through the led lamp to the IC negative pole, forward pressure reduction,
the in-flow internal resistance is small.

For the Traditional LED Display, the power supply adopts a single-voltage unified power supply of 5V DC. But the energy-saving power supply is based on a dual-voltage power supply design. RED LED Chip with 2.8V DC power supply,GREEN,BLUE LED Chip with 3.8V DC Power Supply.It means the R, G, B lamp will work under its normal working voltage.
